COUNTY FAIR BUILDING GRANT PROGRAM
STEP 3: GATHER ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION
The AEDC staff will review your application and you will get an email (sent to ) letting you know the status. In the meantime, you will need to download the following documents, fill them out and gather any supporting information.
If approved, you will receive a link to be able to digitally upload these documents an attach them to your application.
- Certification Letter | DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATION LETTER
This form must be signed by the county judge with correct date and calendar year.
- Resolution | DOWNLOAD RESOLUTION
This form must be passed by the quorum court, file stamped and signed with correct date and calendar year.
- Coste Estimate Breakdown | DOWNLOAD COST ESTIMATE BREAKDOWN
This includes quotes of all items applied for with grant funding. Include backup documentation for all items listed.
